Starters

Warm Minted Lamb Terrine with potato rosti and lamb jus

Chilli & Herb Crumb-breaded Brie with sweet tomato chutney & rocket salad (V)

Monkfish, Pea & Leek Risotto with peas shoots and parmesan

Asparagus with Parma ham, poached egg, béarnaise sauce and rocket salad

 

Mains

Roasts:

Honey Glazed Gammon  /  Roast Topside of Beef  /  Chicken Supreme 

All our roasts are served with cabbage, roasted potatoes, tender stem broccoli, Chantennay carrots and topped with homemade Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus.  Optional side serving of cauliflower cheese.

Brasserie Burger with pulled pork, smoked Applewood cheese, served with chunky chips and gherkin salad (only for the brave)

Pan Fried Haddock fillet with saffron velouté, peas, leek curly kale with chive croquettes and caper dressing

Vegetarian Mini Strudels:  oyster mushrooms, spinach, apple, red onion and Gruyere cheese, finished with a pine nut and golden raisin dressing (V)

Vegetarian Gnocchi: red pepper pesto, French beans, sun blushed tomatoes, rocket salad and Parmesan cheese (V)
